pdv Financial Software will continue to focus on the optimisation and enhancement of its product portfolio in the foreseeable future. Aided by more than 40 staff specialised in process analysis, mathematical modelling and software development for the securities trading area, we will also implement specific solutions for a growing number of customers. In particular, we will address the needs of smaller institutions through an application on-demand model.

In the short to mid-term, we will focus on three developments regarding the DECIDE™ product family:

• Integration of the latest innovative financial instruments (e.g. new structured products)
  
• enhancement of the risk management functions via new methods and models, including the opportunity to measure intra-day market risks to a very precise degree
  
• development of new functions to further promote the unique strengths and positioning of the product family.

In addition, we are going to expand the DECIDE™ product family adding modules targeted at the derivatives advisory business and which can be used in an internet/extranet environment. With this product, financial institutions will be given a tool for the sophisticated retail client as well as the basis for an internal, high quality information platform for securities advisors.
